This 60-minute Rowing class is designed to make you a more efficient rower. By moving more efficiently, you build the ability to row harder and faster, which ultimately gives you a better workout and develops your fitness level.

In this Rowfficient Classes, you can expect:
  • A full-body warm-up with mobility designed specifically for the rowing stroke
  • Direction on how to set up your rowing machine to best suit your strengths and weakness
  • Drills to improve your rowing skill
  • A rowing workout focused on aerobic capacity, anaerobic threshold, sprinting power, or skill development
  • Individualized technical direction from our coaches to better your rowing
  • A full-body workout that limits your chance for injury and impact on your joints
