This 60-minute class is for those looking to compete in CrossFit and or to take their training to another level. Participants must be proficient in all CrossFit movements, including weightlifting and gymnastics. Athletes should be able to RX all Level 2 workouts. Due to the high volume and work, everyone should be properly warmed-up prior to class starting. Class will include a strength portion, a skill portion, and a metcon.
