Curious…

I really wonder how this is going to workout?  Does it seem impossible?  I don’t really think so, but I am still very curious.  Feel free to e-mail me at gino@reebokcrossfitbackbay.com for your opinions on this.  I’d like to try it different ways, but first we need to find out if 100 reps is too much or not enough.

Hello Saturday…

One week ago today something great happened.  A perfect man talked perfectly well about certain Paleo things.  The message may not have reached as many people as it could have (you guys surely had greater plans than that perfect presentation), but the message was still important.  Starting next week, the main points of the Paleo 101 presentation will be posted on the blog.  The week after that, we will do the main points of the 201 presentation.  So stay tuned!!!!
