The Paleo Challenge Rules (please read it all)

The Paleo Challenge sign-up sheet (put your scores in!!!)

Pre WOD: 30 reps of each:

Ring Dips
Pull Ups
Hanging Knee Raises
Ring Support Knee Raises

WOD 1: 3 rounds for time of:

300M Row
3 x 3 Hang Power Clean + 2 Front Squats + 1 Shoulder to Overhead
15 Push Ups

Select whatever load that allows for all 6 lifts without stopping or resting.

WOD 2: 3 rounds for time of:

400M Row
3 x 3 Hang Power Clean + 2 Front Squats + 1 Shoulder to Overhead
10 Handstand Push Ups

Select whatever load that allows for all 6 lifts without stopping or resting.

Who isn’t loving all of this sun?!  Daylight savings time may have thrown people for a loop, but the sun is shining and spring (the only season named after a coil) is almost upon us.  And soon we will go running instead of rowing*, running instead of Burpees*, and running instead of Double Unders*!!!

Hey Athletes,

2 Back Squats (each set should be heavier than the last)

WOD 1: 4 rounds for time of:

10 Medball Jumps (20/14)
15 Russian Kettlebell Swings (24/16)
25 Double Unders
15 Wall Balls (20/14)
10 Burpees

12 minute time limit

Half way there…

Paleo Challenge is going well.  That awesome thing is about 99% done.  The Opens have had their repeat WOD already.  We are in a good place right now!  Time to wait it out one more day and we shall see what destiny has in store for us.

Hopefully it’s not Deadlifts and Box Jumps,
