Hello Athletes,

One of our newest members, Kristen Kish has a TV Show debuting August 17th at 8pm on the Travel Channel.  She is fired up about it and as one big fitness community I think it’s important to support each other plus….She travels to cool places and cooks so, what’s better than that.

Team WOD: For time:

250 Wall Balls (20/14)

In order to attempt Wall Balls you must first complete a 250M Row.

Only 1 person works at a time

Once one partner drops the ball, the other person can start the row

Continue going while the other partner feels bad.
