10 Over the Bar Burpees

The Opens dot dot dot…

Let’s clear a few things up about the Opens to ensure that we can all get the most out of this CrossFit experience.  Let’s start with the schedule:

Friday:  All day long
Saturday:  9:00 AM and 10:00 AM at Box 1
Monday:  All day as a last resort!!!

Once you have finished the workout and you have a score:

Go to games.crossfit.com and log in with the same username and password you used to sign up for the Opens.  If you have not joined an affiliate or team yet, please join:

Affiliate:  Reebok CrossFit Back Bay (and not Reebok CrossFit Back Bay II)
Team:  Reebok CrossFit Back Bay II (and not Reebok CrossFit Back Bay)

Once you have done so, please enter your score and affiliate as well as the name of your judge.  After that, you are all set.  While you are entering your score, you may want to get used to doing a ton of Deadlifts and Box Jumps since that will be coming up next.

50 Over the Box Jumps (24/20)
60 Burpees

Rest 1 minute between rounds.

Partners can only switch exercises after each completed round.

It is Sunday…

It is also March.

One of the Opens workout has been done hundreds of thousands of times already.  Where are you ranking?  If you are not in the lead over Rich Froning and Sam Briggs, you should probably stop now.  JK LOL.  There are four more weeks to see how things will end up!  Please be sure that you submit your scores for validation!

16 Wall Balls (20/14)
20 Kettlebell Swings (24/16)
24 Double Unders

10 Thrusters (95/65)
15 Pull Ups
20 Wall Balls (20/14)
25 Kettlebell Swings (24/16)
30 Double Unders

So who starts first…

With an odd number of exercises and an even number of rounds, you will both do the same exact amount of everything.  In case the workout is not completely clear:

On the first round…

Partner 1 does ALL of the Thrusters
Partner 2 does ALL of the Pull Ups
Partner 1 does ALL of the Wall Balls
Partner 2 does ALL of the Kettlebell Swings
Partner 1 does ALL of the Double Unders

On the second round…

Partner 2 does ALL of the Thrusters
Partner 1 does ALL of the Pull Ups
Partner 2 does ALL of the Wall Balls
Partner 1 does ALL of the Kettlebell Swings
Partner 2 does ALL of the Double Unders

And so on,
