Pre WOD: 20 mins to complete 5 sets of:

3 Deadlifts

12 Sit Ups after each set of 3

Try and go heavier than last time

WOD: 15-10-5 reps for time of:

Deadlifts (225/155)
Handstand Push Ups

For every 30 seconds this workout takes you, perform 3 Burpees

10 minute time limit


It’s my (legal) birthday today…

Don’t panic!!!  There is still plenty of time to get me a gift.  Maybe you can get me some perfect deadlifts today for my birthday.  Or maybe you can get me some PR’s for you for my birthday.  How about you push yourself in a way you have never done so before for my birthday!  All of those things would be great.

A Tesla Model X would also be an acceptable present,

Pre WOD: 12 min AMRAP of:

10 Ring Rows
1 Strict Pull Up
3 second L-Sit

At the end of the round, the Ring Rows stay the same, but add 1 more Strict Pull Up and 3 seconds for the L-Sit

WOD: EMOTM for 4 minutes:

5 Box Jumps (24/20)
5 Front Squats (95/65)
10 Double Unders

Rest 90 seconds

EMOTM for 3 minutes:

6 Box Jumps (24/20)
6 Front Squats (95/65)
20 Double Unders

Rest 90 seconds

EMOTM for 2 minutes:

7 Box Jumps (24/20)
7 Front Squats (95/65)
30 Double Unders

Rest 90 seconds

EMOTM for 1 minute:

8 Box Jumps (24/20)
8 Front Squats (95/65)
40 Double Unders


Coming to an end…

The sun is starting to rise a little later and set a little earlier.  We know that terribly cold things are going to be happening soon!  If you and your loved ones have not yet been to the beach, there is still time!  Gather up what you can and just go!  Go!!! Before it’s too late!
