CROSSFIT FOR BEGINNERS
Are you new to CrossFit? Feeling a bit nervous or intimidated? We understand. We love beginners, and, as a result, have developed an exclusive three-step process to safely support and introduce beginners to the exciting world of CrossFit.
During your free trial session, you will learn all about CrossFit, the workout routines, class formats, and more. Your class will also include a light CrossFit workout so you can experience the great feeling one gets from CrossFit training. Our free trial classes are offered in a small group setting, are open to all fitness levels, and are provided in a safe and supportive environment.
Upon completion of your free trial session, you will have the chance to enroll in our On-Ramp program. This three-class beginner fundamentals curriculum will familiarize you with the movements we most frequently use in CrossFit. You will learn the essential skills of CrossFit, including gymnastics, metabolic conditioning, and strength training. This course will give you the knowledge and readiness to begin your CrossFit journey.
Upon graduating from On-Ramp, you will have the opportunity to enter our 90-Day Transformation program. During this program, our friendly coaches will teach you how to perform every exercise correctly, how to mobilize yourself, and how to prepare your body for what lies ahead. Our classes are capped at 10-14 athletes per class, and you will work out next to some of the kindest and most genuinely supportive people in the world. Upon enrollment, your membership liaison will guide through your first three months here. Your liaison will be your direct point of contact and will also assist you with the following:
