They cared for all the 2013 NorthEast Regionals Athletes and are well educated in CrossFit training and care.
We have reserved a section of Tasty Burger on Sunday, July 28th at 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM to watch the final CrossFit Games Events. So come on out and join us for some CrossFit Fun & Great Food and Drink!

Well, the first half of the year has passed and along with it we have witnessed many PR’s, first muscle ups, lots of successful double unders and so much more. Our amazing community continues to grow and with that we have some exciting news to announce in this bulletin:
Welcome Sports and Spine Injury Center
We are pleased to announce that Dr. Richard Green and his team have set up shop at our 209 Columbus Location. S&SIC provides Chiropractic Care, Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, Massage, Stretching and more. Dr. Green and his team treat some of the top athletes in Boston and now are available right here at RCFBB. All members will receive a complimentary screening will see Dr. Green and his team joining us in many WODs. For more information go to: http://www.spineandsports.org/
Expansion plans for our 31 Saint James location have commenced! We are planning to expand into the basement by constructing two new classrooms, additional showers and locker rooms! This massive undertaking will allow us to continue to keep our class sizes small but will offer our members the convenience of over 50 class times per day, classes on the half hour, and additional time slots. Stay tuned for a timeline and progress updates!
Weightlifting Clinics – In the coming weeks we will be announcing a one day intensive weightlifting clinic. Details to come.
Nutritional Seminars – Starting in September we will be hosting monthly nutritional seminars. These seminars will be free to all members.
Throw Downs – A Fall Internal Throw Down is in the works!
Apparel – Our very own Colin Gould has created some exciting new apparel designs! Sample tees, tanks, shorts, and hoodies will be on display soon.
SFH – Stronger Faster Healthier will be offering a new flavor protein. Still top secret to us!

The next round of strength classes will begin on Monday, July 1st. Initially they were going to begin on the 24th of June, however, the current strength class had their schedule screwed up a bit by holidays. That being said, the night class is currently full (if you emailed me and I confirmed that you were on the list then you are all set, but please feel free to email me and double-check). There is still availability for 12-1:30pm, so please email me if you would like to join this time slot. These classes will run for 6 weeks and meet every Monday/Wednesday at 12-1:30pm or 6-7:30pm. If you can commit to at least one of those days for the duration, then you are welcome to get involved.

Our locker rental program has commenced. The lockers are only $15.00 per month and you can set up your rental with either Page or Lauren at our 209 Columbus location. There are a limited amount and they will be issued on a first come first serve basis – so register today!
Just a reminder, the next 6-week cycle for strength classes will begin the Monday following Regionals. These classes tend to fill up extremely quickly, so if interested please contact me immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Fantastic work by everyone today at the Internal Throwdown. Teammates really dug deep and pushed each other — we saw a lot of new PR’s when it was all said and done. I am especially impressed by the 3RM Clean numbers from everyone in WOD 1.
