Dear Members,

With the Holiday Season upon us – we realized that many members have multiple parties and committments which will force them to miss our party (previously planned for December 7th).  Given this, we are going to postpone our party till the new year.  This will allow us to throw a bash in which we hope you all can attend.  We will raise our glasses and toast each other and celebrate our 2 year anniversary and the grand opening of the new space!

Dear Members,

We are now carrying Kill Cliff drinks.  You can find them in our coolers along with our other beverages.

Kill Cliff performance drink is a blend of Ginger Root, Green Tea Extract, Milk Thistle, Ginseng Root Powder and an enzyme mix of Amylase, Beta Gluconase, Bromelain, Invertase, Lipase, Protease 4.5, and Serrapeptase as well as B, C and E Vitamins.  The drink that is flat out awesome and has only 25 mg of caffeine, 15 calories, 3 grams of carbs and no sugar.

The third annual Reebok Nor’Easter, is coming and it is sure to be the best one yet!  What is it?  Held on Saturday, September 21st the Reebok Nor’easter is a friendly, relaxed (yet competitive!) throw down for teams throughout New England.  Our mission is to raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and to help cure Cystic Fibrosis.

It will be held in Rye, NH at the spacious and picturesque Rye Harbor State Park (aka “Ragged Neck”) with ample parking, cooking, bathroom facilities, and more!

Dear Members:

We are now carrying FUEL FOR FIRE.  Their product is called a “Fuel Pack,” which is basically real food (bananas, apples, berries, sweet potatoes) and 10 grams of whey protein in a squeezable pouch.  It’s a Paleo-friendly and they are delicious.

Fuel Packs are great for pre-workout, post-workout, as a protein-rich snack.  They are super convenient—no refrigeration required, so you can just throw one in your bag and have real-food fueling whenever you need it.
