ABOUT US

Reebok CrossFit Back Bay provides CrossFit training in a small group setting to working professionals and resident Bostonians of all ages and experiences. Sessions take place in a community based environment offering support and inspiration to achieve the highest levels of mental and physical fitness.  We offer over 170 classes per week in our multi-classroom facilities with locations in Boston’s Back Bay & South End.

 Our programs are based on the CrossFit methodology. This means we do constantly varied, functional movements at a high-intensity. Functional movements are organic in nature, innate to our DNA and essential to our quality of life. We train for longevity, we train for health and most of all, and we train for fun.  In our gyms, we have pull-up bars, ropes and rings. We have free weights and kettle bells. We have rowing machines and jump ropes. Most importantly, we have a community of athletes of all abilities led by the best CrossFit coaches who teach movements, coach form and inspire group workouts several times a day.

 Our facilities are equipped with locker rooms, showers, towel service, spa soaps & shampoos, hairdryers, and other locker room amenities. In addition, we also provide snacks and beverages that our community can enjoy in our facility or “grab and go”. We understand that our clients live very busy lives, so we aspire to provide challenging workouts, convenient facilities, and ease of a nutritional diet.
