Q)  Are we going to discuss the appropriate macronutrition balance as well as the benefits to pre/post WOD nutrition?
A)  Maybe…this is going to be more Paleo 101 and and Paleo 102.

A)  Because we seek value to our existence.

A)  Because we have emotions

A)  Because we have evolved complex enough brains that can spare enough power to thoughts outside of just survival.

A)  Because we played survival of the fittest and won.

A)  Because we ate paleo and kicked ass.
