135 Sit Ups
120 Push Ups
105 Air Squats
90 Box Jumps (24/20)
75 Pull Ups
60 Walking Lunges
45 Burpees
30 Knees to Elbows
15 HSPU or 30 Push Ups

Broken up anyhow.

Team WOD L2: For time:

Put a weight vest on (20/10)

150 Double Unders
135 Sit Ups 120 Push Ups
105 Air Squats
90 Box Jumps (24/20)
75 Pull Ups (take your vest (20/10) off here)
60 Walking Lunges
45 Burpees
30 Knees to Elbows
15 HSPU

I have a question…

Q)  What do I need to do to participate in the Paleo Challenge?
A)  Read a bunch of magnificent words.  The sign-up sheet is amongst them as are all the rules

Q)  I don’t want to read that?
A)  Is that a statement or a question?  Either way click here for just the sign-up sheet

Q)  What about alcohol?
A)  What about it?
Q)  Can I drink it?
A)  No.  Next question

Q)  Can I e-mail you any questions I have?
A)  Only if it is or isn’t relevant or I’ve already answered it a bazillion times

Q)  I don’t know what Paleo is, can you tell me what it is?
A)  Yes.  Yes I can and I will do so on Sunday October 6th at 1:00 PM at Box 2 (209 Columbus)

Q)  What should I do in the mean time?
A)  Stop eating this that come out of boxes…
