There are three levels for the workout today.  All versions of the WOD are very similar, but the slight differences will surely make each of them special.  Before you start doing the math to determine whether or not you can make it under the 360 second time cap, focus up on the lifts!  We have another big day of testing and it will take some good concentration to push the limits on these lifts.  Monday showed some good numbers (thank you GS) and they will only continue getting better.  Let’s make sure the same thing happens today.
