Gotta love the girls…

You and a partner get to split three of the CrossFit girls today!  It may appear as though these three workouts may not be enough, but you should note that today is a bit of a sprint.  However you and your partner decide to complete them, it will be important to save time in transitions, changing of weights, and pace.  Several different activities todayso be sure to play this to your strengths and weaknesses.  Individually, these workouts (at world record pace) have taken 5:04, 1:35, and 4:32 (as far as I know) respectively.  You and your teammate should have it done in under 10 minutes.
