Who would’ve thought…

That a 5,000+ year old calendar would have been wrong!  Whether you built a titanium-walled shelter at home or you went about your business as normal, this workout might be a tad better than the last time we did it.  After a few months of GS’ing it up, today may be the day to take out the Toes to Bar for a test drive.  However, please note that the 18 minute cap does not allow for a lot of mercy.  Also, if you are planning on not having palmar dermal apertures of any kind, then you need to take care of those hands!  Lastly, the questions begs to be asked…which of the two workouts is actually harder?
