Hey Athletes.

This week I wanted to talk to you about lying on the ground after the workout.  I get it and I ‘ve done it where you have given everything you have and after you have done the last rep all you want to do is pass out. In nature animals when being chased by their prey will lay down on their back as a sign of surrender.  I know a little extreme bot Mikko Salo ,2008 Crossfit champion, says since reading about that he refuses to lie down on his back after a workout.    This Friday be ready to run.  The month of August will start our Lumberjack series.  One of the WODs, this Friday at 209 Columbus Ave at 7pm will be…
