Super cool news…

In case you have not heard, the August programming will be based on the greatest hits since we opened our doors back in 1/11/2012 (unofficially).  All of August will be workouts we have already done or remixes of some workouts that have come in the past.  Some have been toned down (because they were too awesome), some have been made harder/heavier/burpeeier (because I know you like that).  Balance was taken into account when selecting these because otherwise we would’ve done some form of Thrusters, Rowing, Burpees, and crying for 31 days in a row.  I sincerely hope you like my selection and PLEASE stay tuned throughout the rest of the week.  I am going to publish the list of most of the workouts that didn’t make the August cut.  From there, you guys will pick the September programming*
