One of the more famous original girls of CrossFit Eva T. also happens to be one of the more demanding workouts of CrossFit.  In case you misread the fact that there are 2.5 miles of running, 150 of both Pull Ups and heavy Kettlebell Swings, then please use this sentence as a reminder.  The L2 should only be considered by those who are absolutely sure they can fit the work inside the time cap.  If you are even remotely concerned about a palmar dermal aperture, then do the L1!
