The end of the week sure is neat…

First you have a sneak preview of the how the Gymnastics Strength portion of the rest of your life is changing (but don’t let yourself get ahead of yourself).  Second, we are doing a very weighlifting-ish workout that you will find surprisingly difficult.  And lastly (I can’t spell thurdly correctly) I found this sweet article.  Plenty of time has passed since we posted something silly (please don’t remember last summer), so I figured why not do it again so that you learn a bunch of science.  Because learning is fun.
