A looksie into the future…

A lot of you may be curious as to when we will finally be doing strength!  You are taking the steps for it right now.  Building the foundation for your legs and core will allow you to supply the body with all of the weightlifting it will desire this upcoming September.  The format will be very similar to what we are doing now in AMRAP form.  The times will be much longer, but we will still be including some of the gymnastics work we have done so far.  Lots and lots of good things coming up.
