Team WOD L1: For time:

3 rounds of:

200M Run
10 Back Squats (95/65)

3 rounds of:

200M Run
10 Front Squats (95/65)

3 rounds of:

200M Run
10 Plate Lunges (45/25)

One person does the run and the 10 reps. Then the next person goes. Both people going = 1 round

Team WOD L2: For time:

3 rounds of:

200M Run
10 Back Squats (135/95)
3 rounds of:

200M Run
10 Front Squats (135/95)

3 rounds of:

200M Run
10 Front Rack Lunges (135/95)

One person does the run and the 10 reps. Then the next person goes. Both people going = 1 round

Get Out!!!…

With the ever improving weather, it is nice to combine the two everyone loves the most:  Sweating and panting.  The only way to improve upon that winning formula is to recruit another victim to do it with you.  Plenty of short, quick runs will accompany a plethora of squatting and lunging in today’s workout.  Please note that when each of the two members completes a round, that is when 1 round of the workout has been completed.  So both people have to run three times and Back Squat three times to get through the first of three parts.
