Team WOD L1: 5 rounds for time of:

100 Double Unders
20 Over the Box Jumps (24/20)
20 Pull Ups

One partner works
One partner does an Overhead Plate Hold (45/25)

Team WOD L2: 5 rounds for time of:

150 Double Unders
25 Over the Box Jumps (30/24)
25 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

One partner works
One partner does a Front Plate Hold (15/10)



This workout is a far cry from what it was originally designed to be.  Revisions were put together to ensure that we squeezed all of the easy out of it before serving it hot and fresh.  There was a part in there about foam rollers being used in the workout, but I didn’t want you to dislike them more than you already do.  In any direction, all five delectable-static-hold-laden rounds will surely be a treat for those taking part today.
