Hey Athletes,

The 1st WOD on Friday at 7pm will be….

3 Rounds

200 meter run

5 Power Snatches 115/75 lbs

10 Front rack Lunges (5 each leg) 115/75

The other 2 WODs will be announced that night.

The social on Friday have been awesome but some changes will be made.  If anyone wants to come socialize feel free but we will only do an after party for special occasions (Fundraisers, Birthdays, Going away parties, etc).  With the Bruins in the Stanley Cup and the summer being here I feel like it would be more fun to do a once a month big bash.  Any thoughts shoot me an email at bern@reebokcrossfitbackbay.com
