The next round of strength classes will begin on Monday, July 1st. Initially they were going to begin on the 24th of June, however, the current strength class had their schedule screwed up a bit by holidays. That being said, the night class is currently full (if you emailed me and I confirmed that you were on the list then you are all set, but please feel free to email me and double-check). There is still availability for 12-1:30pm, so please email me if you would like to join this time slot. These classes will run for 6 weeks and meet every Monday/Wednesday at 12-1:30pm or 6-7:30pm. If you can commit to at least one of those days for the duration, then you are welcome to get involved.
