Strength:  4 sets of:

4 Push Press (AHAP)
15 Push Ups

WOD L1:  3 rounds for time:

400M Run with plate (25/15)
15 Weighted Burpees (25/15)
15 Wall Balls (14/10)

WOD L2:  3 rounds for time:

400M Run with plate (45/25)
15 Weighted Burpees (45/25)
15 Wall Balls (20/14)

The calm before the storm…

When coming up with this workout, the train of thought was: How can I make them hate their hands ‘How can I keep their hands busy the entire time?’.  This is a workout that would be a breeze, almost a long warm up, without the use of the plate for the Run and the Burpees.  With that slight twist, this workout should make for an interesting way to see who can suck it up and who will let the forty-five pound details get to them.

Also…post WOD abs?  I appreciate the effort and the idea behind this, but as soon as we get back from Regionals, we are going to have a talk about this.
