30 second Hollow Hold.

800M Row
60 Wall Balls (14/10)
30 Front Squats (135/85)

WOD L2: For time:

1000M Row
60 Wall Balls (20/14)
30 Overhead Squats (135/85)

So now I have some wishes for the month of May:

May it be beach weather soon.  May it be Regionals weekend already.  May you do the Squats unbroken today.  May this workout not last longer than 13 minutes.  May you not forget all of the Snatch skill you learned this month.  May  you learn a much better Clean this month.  May you enjoy the return of Apres CrossFit.  May you take advantage of the mobility that will soon be installed.  May you perform the Baseline this month and then repeat it at the end of the summer.  May you get ready to Run instead of Row.  May your knees and ankles not magically start hurting.
