Skill:  Snatch

WOD L1:  For time:

30 Power Snatch (95/65)

Rest 30 seconds every time a set is broken up

Immediately afterwards perform 50 Burpees

13 minute time limit

WOD L2:  For time:

30 Power Snatch (145/95)

Rest 30 seconds every time a set is broken up

Immediately afterwards perform 50 Burpees

13 minute time limit
