90 Double Unders
30 Deadhang Pull Ups

WOD L2: 13.3: 12 min AMRAP of:

150 Wall Balls (20/14) (Women shoot to 9′)
90 Double Unders
30 Muscle Ups

From the bottom looking up…

One-hundred-and-fifty Wall Balls stand as a tall obstacle in a long line of obstacles.  Double Unders, despite of how much you may love them, will appear daunting and more difficult than they ever have the right to be.  The Muscle Ups, if you can manage to get them, will tax your strength and capacity well beyond your level of comfort.  All of these obstacles will appear unsurmountable.  They may feel unattainable.  Be that as it may, each and every single one of you is capable of making the climb.  Today can be the day that you conquer the Wall Balls and revolutionize your Double Unders.  Today, exhausted, may be the day that you get your first Muscle Up.  At the end of the 12 minutes, make sure that you can turn and look back to see the obstacles you passed and the mountains you have scaled.  Things are much prettier there.
