Skill:  Muscle Ups

WOD L1:  For time:

500M Row
50 Burpees
250M Row
25 Burpees
30 Pull Ups

10 minute cap

WOD L2:  For time:

50 Calorie Row
50 Burpees
25 Calorie Row
25 Burpees
10 Muscle Ups

If you fail Muscle Ups more than three times, you automatically move on to the 30 Pull Ups
10 minute cap
First, my apologies in the late post.  The site was being worked on and so this one is not on me.  Second, 13.3 was announced and if you do not have Double Unders, anytime by tomorrow will be a good time to get them.  Same goes for Muscle Ups.  Since everyone around appears to be lacking imagination, this post will do whatever it can do revive it.
