15 Double Unders
7 Toes to Bar
10 Deadlifts (155/105)

Sorry, sorry, I know…I’m sorry. Tad past 8, but since there is a great chance that most of you are busy watching tall men play with balls, this may actually be right on time.  First and foremost, we would like to recognize EVERYONE who donated!  You truly did an amazing thing. This is a great reflection of what a community can do when it comes together.  We could not be happier with the unity that has developed. 

Let’s talk about the WOD!  10 rounds of small increments of work. The actual rep scheme is tiny comparatively, but still the 10 rounds still resonate. The loads and demands are light, but the overall picture is a lot bigger. This is not a workout for pacing. This is not a workout with reservations. At the sound of “Go”, you should have your foot on the gas and redlining that engine. You are going be switching exercises so quickly that you should mentally be able to not let exhaustion catch up with your body. Some words of warning though.  Small mistakes will be like ants. One of them won’t be bad, but enough of them and your picnic will be ruined. Transition times will also be critical and will affect your time exponentially if you are slow with all 29 of them!
