Three rounds of:

Burpees

Power Snatch (75/55)

Box jumps (24/20)

Thruster (75/55)

Chest to bar Pull-ups

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athletes must move to next station immediately. One point is given for each rep.

You guys are all amazing!  We raised far more than our goal and in just a week!  If you look on your shoulder, there is some dirt there.  Feel free to brush it off.  If you have done workouts like Fight Gone Bad then you know what today has in store for you.  This workout will require a fine balance of sprinting at each station and pacing.  15 minutes of sprinting is a hilarious way of inducing vomit-like activities.  Bonus good feelings if you went out to drink last night.   Whatever your status when you walk in through the door, just be sure to come in and ready to do some serious work.
